The Louvre by Lorde

For this one-minute typography animation set to Lorde's "The Louvre," I demonstrated my ability to embody the rhythm, mood, and atmosphere of a piece of music through the animation’s visuals.

The Louvre is a very colorful-sounding song with a unique, dreamlike sound, and it was important to me to capture this sound and evoke these feelings with my animation. I was able to accomplish this by using striking, saturated colors, bold art deco fonts, and lyrics enhanced with expressive typography.
